Why choose plastic?

Plastic is safer and lighter than glass. Plastic protects your product without the danger of breakage inherent with glass. All our plastics are 100% recyclable.


Are your bottles and closures certified?

Our bottles and closures are made from FDA-certified, 100% food-appropriate resins. Our products are registered with the Canadian Food Inspection Agency—a fact which is sure to simplify your paperwork and save you headaches.


Which type of plastic should I choose?

PET (polyethylene terephthalate) provides transparency that’s equivalent to glass. It can be tinted amber colour. HDPE (high-density polyethylene) is an opaque (or non-transparent) plastic.


Do your bottles withstand heat?

Plastic is sensitive to heat and begins to distort at about 65C (150F). As a safety precaution, we recommend that you conduct all necessary tests.


Are your bottles airtight?

Airtightness is a function of the closure and/or the lid. For juices, the closure profile provides perfect, direct airtightness. For spices, pills and gel caps, the PS lid provides excellent protection through adhesion without necessitating expensive equipment. To test a liner, please ensure that the bottle finish is clean of product, that the cap is tightly closed, and allow 24 hours for the glue to adhere.


Are your bottles compatible with high pressure processing (HPP) procedures?

All our juice bottles are compatible with high pressure processing (HPP) procedures.


Can I apply labels to your bottles?

Yes, you can apply paper, heat-sensitive or self-adhesive film labels to all our bottles. Note that it’s easier to align a label on a square-shaped bottle. However, to achieve the best alignment on a round bottle, align the label by the side and not by the top.


Why is the number of bottles and closures per box not the same?

It’s an industry standard—in order to optimize stocks and minimize costs—for quantities per box of bottles and closures to differ. That being said, you will always have more caps than bottles…just in case!


Where does your plastic come from?

Our plastics are composed of carbon found in petrol or natural gas sources and are 100% made in North America.


Do your products come from China?

No. None of our products are made in Asia. They are 100% made in North America.


Do your bottles contain bisphenol A (BPA)?

No. We guarantee that there is no presence of BPA (bisphenol A) in any of our products. BPA is mostly associated with polycarbonates (PC) and is not associated with the resins used in our products.

PLACING AN ORDER

What is the minimum order?

The minimum order is 1 complete box. For security reasons and to avoid cross contamination, we cannot open and sub-divide boxes.


Do you offer volume discounts?

Yes, we provide volume discounts. You will find them on the product pages. If you are ordering larger quantities, please contact our sales department at service@rodapack.com.


How can I place an order?

Once you have selected your items, go to “MY CART” and follow the “CHECKOUT” instructions. If you have any questions, or you want to order a quantity greater than posted, please email service@rodapack.com.


Do you offer discount codes?

Yes, we offer discount codes and have promotions. If you have a discount code, you will be able to use it on the “CHECKOUT” page.


How do I change or cancel my order?

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa and Mastercard.


Do your prices include taxes?

Website pricing does not include applicable taxes. All taxes will be applied on “CHECKOUT”.

SHIPPING

What shipping options are available?

All orders over $200 ship free of charge. For orders less than $200, we apply a flat shipping rate based on your province. In exceptional cases—such as remote deliveries and deliveries to some condominium towers—additional shipping fees may apply. If this is the case for your order, we will get in touch to discuss the situation with you.


What countries do you deliver to?

We currently deliver exclusively in Canada. In the future, we plan to extend our coverage to other countries. If you have specific needs please contact service@rodapack.com.


How do I change my shipping address?

You can change or add your address by logging into your account. If you need to change the shipping address for an order that has already been placed, please contact service@rodapack.com.


How do I track my delivery?

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email that will allow you to track your delivery.
